Please keep in mind that most of the warnings listed are for the highly concentrated forms of the material used. When applied to your property, they have been diluted to proper, safe application levels. Most of these materials are the same as those that can be bought in garden centers or retail stores by the public.

ACCLAIM EXTRA HERBICIDE 
E.P.A. REG. NO. 432-950

Post-emergence annual and perennial grass control in turfgrass and ornamentals. 

ACTIVE INGREDIENT:  fenoxaprop-p-ethyl: (+)-ehtyl 2-[4-[(6-chloro-2-benzoxazolyl)oxy]phenoxy]propanoate (6.59%)

PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS:  HAZARDS TO HUMANS AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS:  Causes moderate eye irritation.  Harmful if swallowed.  Avoid contact with eyes or clothing.

STATEMENT OF PRACTICAL TREATMENT: 
If swallowed:  Call a poison control center or doctor immediately for treatment advice.  Have person sip a glass of water if able to swallow.  Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by a poison control center or doctor. 
If in eyes:  Hold eyes open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes.  Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing.  Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.

ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS:  This pesticide is toxic to fish and aquatic invertebrates.  For terrestrial uses, do not apply directly to water, or to areas where surface water is present or to intertidal areas below the mean high water mark.  Do not apply when weather conditions favor runoff or drift.  Do not contaminate arable land and/or water when disposing of equipment washwaters.

RATE OF APPLICATION AND METHOD:  .05 fluid ounces per 1000 square feet / hand held low-pressure nozzle/boom sprayer.

 

 

ALLECTUS 0.225 G PLUS TURF FERTILIZER

The use of this product will provide plant nutrients as well as providing control of selected insect pests.

ACTIVE INGREDIENT: Imidacloprid*, 1-[(6-Chloro-3-pyridinyl)methyl]-N-nitro-2-imidazolidinimine (0.125%), Bifenthrin (0.100%)

PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS:  HAZARDS TO HUMANS AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS:  Harmful if absorbed through skin.  Causes moderate eye irritation.  Avoid contact with skin, eyes or clothing.  Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating.  Remove contaminated clothing before reuse. 

STATEMENT OF PRACTICAL TREATMENT: 
If on skin: Take off contaminated clothing.  Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes.  Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice. 
If in eyes: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes.  Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eye.  Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.

BASAGRAN T/O HERBICIDE

Post-emergent herbicide for use in established turf, ornamental and roadsides to control broadleaf weeds.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Sodium Salt of Bentazon (44.0%)

PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS:  HAZARDS HUMANS AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS:  Harmful if swallowed or absorbed through skin.  Causes moderate eye irritation.  Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing.  Prolonged or frequently repeated skin contact may cause allergic reactions in some individuals.

STATEMENT OF PRACTICAL TREATMENT: 
If swallowed: Call a poison control center or doctor immediately for treatment advice.  Have person sip a glass of water if able to swallow.  Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by a poison control center or doctor.  Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

CHASER TURF HERBICIDE

Low volatile weed killer. For the control of annual and perennial broadleaf weeds in turf and sod.

ACTIVE INGREDIENT: 2, 4-diclorophenoxyacetic acid, butoxyethyl ester (34.4%), triclopyr BEE: 3, 5, 6-trichloro-2- pyridinyloxyacetic acid, butoxyethyl ester (16.5%)

PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS: HAZARDS TO HUMANS AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS Harmful if swallowed, prolonged or frequent repeated skin contact may cause allergic skin reactions in some individuals

STATEMENT OF PRACTICAL TREATMENT:
If swallowed: Immediately call a poison control center or doctor. Do not induce vomiting unless to do so by a poison control center or doctor. Do not give any liquid to the person. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS: This product is toxic to fish. Drift or runoff may adversely affect fish and nontarget plants. Do not apply directly to water, to areas where surface water is present, or to intertidal area below the mean high water mark. Do not contaminate water when disposing of equipment washwaters.

RATE OF APPLICATION: 1-2 quarts per acre / hand held low-pressure nozzle/boom sprayer.

 

 

EVADE CRABGRASS PREVENTER WITH .375% PLUS TURF FERTILIZER

For selective pre-emergence control of grass and broadleaf weeds in established turf, lawns and ornamentals.

ACTIVE INGREDIENT: Prodiamine, [N3, N3-Di-n-propyl-2, 4-dinitro-6-(trifluoromethyl)-m-phenylenediamine] (0.375%)
PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS: HAZARDS TO HUMANS AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS:  Causes moderate eye injury (irritation).  Harmful if inhaled or absorbed through the skin.  Avoid contact with skin, eyes or clothing.  Avoid breathing dust.  Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling.  Prolonged frequent repeated skin contact while handling the material may cause allergic reactions in some individuals. 

STATEMENT OF PRACTICAL TREATMENT: 
If in eyes: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes.  Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing the eye.  Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice. 
If on skin or clothing: Take of contaminated clothing.  Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes.  Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice. 
If inhaled: Move person to fresh air.  If person is not breathing, call 911 or an ambulance, then give artificial respiration, preferably by mouth-to-mouth, if possible.  Call a poison control center or doctor for further treatment advice. 
If swallowed: Call a poison control center or doctor immediately for treatment advice.  Have a person sip a glass of water if able to swallow.  Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by the poison control center or doctor.  Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. 

ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS:  This product has low solubility in water.  At the limits of solubility, this product is not toxic to fish.  Do not apply directly to water, to areas where surface water is present or to intertidal areas below the mean high water mark.  Drift and runoff from treated areas may be hazardous to aquatic organisms in adjacent sites. Do not contaminate water when disposing of equipment wash waters.

HORSEPOWER SELECTIVE HERBICIDE 
E.P.A. REG. NO. 228-313

For selective broadleaf weed control in ornamental lawns and turf grasses.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Dimethylamine Salt of 2-Methyl-4-Chlorophenoxyacetic Acid 48.99%, Triethylamine Salt of 3,5,6-Trichloro-2-Pyridinyloxyacetic Acid 5.59%, Dimethylamine Salt of Dicamba (3,6-Dichloro-o-Anisic Acid 4.82%.

PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS:  HAZARDS TO HUMANS AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS:  Corrosive.  Causes irreversible eye damage.  Harmful if swallowed or absorbed through skin.  Do not get in eyes, on skin or on clothing.  Wear face shield or goggles when mixing and loading this product.  Avoid contact with eyes skin or clothing.

STATEMENT OF PRACTICAL TREATMENT: 
If in eyes:  Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-2- minutes.  Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eye.  Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice. 
If swallowed: Call a poison control center or doctor immediately for treatment advice.  Have person sip a glass of water if able to swallow.  Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by a poison control center or doctor.  Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

KLEENUP PRO HERBICIDE
